WELCOME TO PROVINCIAL PROJECTS
Provincial Projects is a Sydney-based building company dedicated to creating thoughtful, well-crafted homes that are practical, personal and built to last. Led by Alastair, we bring together a trusted network of skilled tradespeople, clear planning and open communication to guide every project from first concept to final handover. Our focus is on quality workmanship, honest advice and a building experience that feels organised, transparent and focused on you.
How we work
Fixed scope
We believe in transparancy and honesty when it comes to pricing. We provide a clear, itemised initial scope so you know exaclty what is included from the start. If you decide to make changes and upgrades during the build, we use a straightforward variation process to keep you in complete control of the final cost.
Written timeline
A clear roadmap for your build. We provide a detailed project schedule that maps out every major phase before work begins. We keep you informed with regular updates so you always know exactly what is happening next.
One point of contact
Zero communication gaps. You will work with a dedicated project manager who handles everything from subcontractors to permits. You will never have to chase answers or repeat yourself to different people.
